You want to know what causes skin outbreaks, right? Well, first off, put the chocolate bar down, you’re getting the mouse all gooey. Okay, let’s clear up one huge misconception; that chocolate bar isn’t the cause of your problem skin. The food you ingest does not cause your skin eruptions. On balance though, the more healthful the food you choose the better you will look and feel all around.

By this time at the end of January most New Year’s resolutions have already bitten the dust.
Lots of people don’t even bother to make any, because they remember all too vividly the failures of new years’ resolutions past. The reason the vast majority of New Year’s resolutions don’t stick isn’t that we are weak willed, it’s that we mentally process them as ‘wishes’ rather than ‘goals’…

An easy target for the advertising reps is someone who has no marketing plan and makes poor decisions based on whatever advertising rep calls that particular week. The only way around this vulnerability is to have a marketing plan worked out ahead of time, one you stick to.
